How do I go around generic customer service and get my cancellation request escalated to someone with authority?
I recently made the poor decision to recruit through CareerBuilders Talent Network platform, it is abundantly oversold on what it is and can do, I am now in the predicament of cancelling what remains on my "contract" with them, but do not want to incur their penalty charges as their product does not live up to what they are selling. Anyone have contact information or a good process for escalating this to someone higher than customer service to break free from this platform.
